I'm looking at all sides of the box, and there isn't a list of ingredients. On the front, it says "Hand Made Incense Sticks Frankincense & Myrrh".

Is this frankinscence similar in odor to the type used at Catholic Masses?

No for that I would suggest you go to one of the Benedictine Monastic Communities online. This is really good but not the church good stuff. For that you will need to buy charcoal disks and the incense sold in resin crystal form. And we Episcopalians use incense too lol
