I have worked professionally with public speakers for nearly 40 years on conventions, political rallies and meetings of all sorts. During that time I have listened to the presenters on monitors provided by the best audio technicians in the meeting and convention business. I know what good audio sounds like. The BlaidsX Pro BTE were the hearing aids I selected to try, and they have gone beyond my expectations. The sound quality is spot on. The directional source of sound is precise. I chose the replaceable battery model because of my experience with professional sound technicians and their preferred use of batteries. I get six days from the batteries, and have two batteries always nearby so I don't miss a sound. At current prices I figure about $25.00 a year for batteries.The fact is this review should have been written weeks ago, but I've been too busy listening. The quality takes you by surprise. It sounds natural, not amplified, which is the goal of professional audio reinforcement. Since I do a fair amount of public speaking, I was delighted that I sounded like I always have to myself and to others.The television volume has been turned up for several years. With these aids the volume is turned way down. That did create a curious issue. Being used to loud TV, the notion that the volume should be increased was an early reaction, but every word was clear, so with some change of habit, the sound remains much lower.The various settings for different conditions are very helpful, especially "Indoor" for noisy restaurants, and "outdoor" for noisy stadiums. I've used both and could hold a conversation with someone three or four people separated from me. The noise cancellation is terrific.I live in a big city so there was some difficulty using app's hearing test. The first was interrupted by Mister Softee, a few others by loud car radios or just plain loud cars. On a visit to friends in a rural area I got the quiet I needed to get the best test.Other things which may concern you. Great technical support, literally 24/7. I wear glasses, these are relatively small and don't cause a problem with glasses. If vanity is a concern for you, these are not likely to be noticed by very many people. The price is outstanding. They come nicely packaged. It would have been helpful for some help in how to choose the piece that goes in your ear (there are 5 ends included) especially for first-timers like me, but I settled quickly on the ones I have stuck with.Now why the title for this review. It goes back to the familiar saying, "Happy wife, happy life." For several years my response to virtually everything my wife said was , "what"? That went away the moment I put on these hearing aids. This sound investment leads to a "happy life." If you're not hearing what you should, make a sound investment and get Blaids today.

I ordered this product based on the positive reviews and comparison to hearing aids purchased from reputable stores. These worked amazingly well for a period of time. Then I started having Bluetooth connectivity issues. They would not connect so they were functioning as sound amplifiers. When they did connect they wouldn't stay connected. I called the customer service line and was told they were working on the issue and to call back in a week. Weeks turned into months and at one point when I called, the only option was to leave a message. I left several messages. During this time period one hearing aid completely went out. Was not even powering on. I called back and finally spoke to someone- was told they would send a replacement but the other one still wasn't keeping the connection- they told me they could not replace that one. As I type this, the one that was working is now completely out. So I will be calling again. I'm really disappointed because I am paying monthly on an item that is not functioning properly plus I really need them to be able to live a full life. It is a challenge to go about my day and not hearing certain sounds and voices. Now I wish I would have made the financial sacrifice to get the $6000 pair the audiologist recommend. At this point it is not beneficial that I saved thousands.

I got these for my father, and he's very happy with how effective they are. The mobile app’s hearing test made setup quick and personalized. The noise cancellation works surprisingly well, especially in crowded spaces, and the dual microphones ensure he can hear conversations clearly without background distractions. Bluetooth connectivity was seamless. These are a great choice for anyone looking for modern, easy-to-use hearing aids.

I am returning the hearing aids because they do not address the Tinnitus problem that I have. I did speak to Mae in Customer Service and she spent a long time with me trying to get the aids to work for me. Unfortunately, the Tinnitus was worse when I was wearing the aids. They did appear to have good sound and other than confusion about the right versus left ear, I think they would work fine for seniors without Tinnitus. Very good customer service. Just wish it could have worked out for me. Should add the Tinnitus to the website description for other purchasers.

Too often these hearing aids get "squelchy"... a whistle soumd of tweeting sound despite every possible adjustment i could find via wifi connex. Also, changing mini batteries almost daily is a pain in the ass...these should be USB rechargeable. Havinh ssid that, the price is FAR LESS than brands I tried out at the hearing center here in Ocala ( but those devices had NO squelching sounds!). As always, you get what you pay for but in our case we cant afford those $7,000 Hearing Center usb hearing aids. Feel like im between a " rock & a hard place" and cant get adequate hearing aids. @$!%*&$@?!.

These hearing aids are fantastic! My Grandson got these for me. The setup with the mobile app was super easy, and the sound quality is crystal clear. The noise cancellation works really well, and I can finally hear conversations in noisy environments without straining. I love the Bluetooth feature for taking calls directly through the hearing aids. They're comfortable to wear all day, and the advanced technology really makes a difference. Highly recommend!
