It works
I had heard for years about the benefits of taking a probiotic but was resistant to taking one. In middle age I needed something to regulate my digestive tract. There is a less-expensive option that is not as strong (30 billion instead of 50), but I have found tge extra strength to be more effective. This product is worth the money.
