Product is not matching with website discription
The product shown the battery and rechargeable port. The q tips are missing in package. The quality of product it so low quality plastic. It's looking like silicon coding and came a cheap product in hand. Not happy with it .. not at all useful

Very helpful product to clean the wax in Kids ears. We could see clearly the inside ear due to light comes up with this product.. very easy to remove wax...

Not Worth It. Definitely not suitable for babies.
its a deceiving product. bought it considering it has sillicon heads but the head is plastic unlike what its shown in the picture(ear pick). also they have not mentioned anywhere about what type of batteries one would need for both the tweezers and the pick. for pick its easy to know but the tweezers now i have to go google and start finding an option. too much of hassle and effort for a product. its been sleeping in my cupboard for 2 months due to this very reason. I cud not return due to time constraints I wish I could.
