I had been taking turmeric in powdered form for a few years now, sprinkling it on my food. I decided to take it in capsule form as a means of taking it more regularly and also getting a larger quantity of it in my system. Turmeric is an anti-inflammatory and excellent in cancer prevention.

I broke my ankle in a head on collision several years ago. I still have pins in my ankle and arthritis set up after my 1st surgery. I was using 800 ibuprofen and then changed to motrin. I was happy to find something natural. I will make sure I keep a bottle on hand. I noticed less swelling and pain after the 1st fees days of using it.

This has been a satisfying turmeric extract powder (without any additives!) for several years. The super easy Mini-Mounds of Ruis bread recipe (dark rye flour and oat bran) is another good complement to the Turmeric Sauce (rye flour should be 1 3/4 cups; also try with a tbsp of caraway seeds, stirred into the flour). Dusting the cookie sheet with bread flour allows the mounds to be cooled slightly after baking then twisted off the sheet by hand; cleanup is also super easy.

I started taking this a few months ago to help with inflammation (arthritis and interstitial cystitis). Works very well. I tried another more expensive "concentrated" formula by another company and it was not as effective. I ran out about a week ago, and just received my order today. I already noticed a difference in body stiffness and my bladder acting up. It works for me very well!
