Gel/creams makeup
Great ALOT came in this… nothing irritating for our use in sensitive skin. Just most eye shadows are creamy (which I think is better). Long lasting wear

Awesome make you bag
Purchased this bag and make up as a gift for a 13 year old. She loved it. The make up colors were great for a white or Mexican girl. It was light weight and portable. Considering ordering one for me now.

Decent set. Brushes not good. Mattes VERY sheer. Shimmers BEAUTIFUL
I got the 27 Colors Set This is a decent set. Most of these all in one kits don’t have great quality makeup, but this one was pretty good… It all comes in sealed pink bubble mailer. With the “27 Colors” set you get: 1 Flamingo Waterproof Makeup Bag - This has a plastic wrapping around it. It is a cute bag, but it had a weird smell so I tossed it. 1 Waterproof Mascara - This comes in an outer product box. The info on it is all in another language. It’s made in China. This is an okay mascara. The wand isn’t too big. It’s kind of dry, which isn’t what I like in a mascara. 1 Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner - This comes in an outer product box. The info on it is all in another language. It’s made in China. Inside the box, the liner has plastic wrapped around it. It is a black liquid liner. It isn’t as black as I’d like, but it works well. It does bleed a little so you need to be careful when applying it. 1 Tricolor Eyebrow Powder Palette - This comes in an outer product box. The info on it is all in another language. It’s made in China. It had plastic kind of cellophane pieces stuck on the front and back. It’s a small plastic compact with clasp closure. There’s a mirror in the lid. There’s a small dual ended applicator brush. One end is an angled brush, the other end is a smudger. It’s small and cheap. But, works for on the go. This is just a basic eyebrow powder. It has a dark brown, medium reddish brown (kind of auburn color), and then a light tan (blonde). The dark brown is the only shade I can use. It isn’t too warm, which is nice because when a brow shade is too warm it doesn’t look right on me. It lasts nice in the brows. 5 Makeup Brushes - These came in a little plastic bag that they can be stored in. These are throw away brushes to me. They’re extremely cheap and flimsy. They won’t last long as all. —There’s a large brush, which, going by the product photos, I think it’s supposed to be a blush brush. But, in reality it is extremely thin, not full and fluffy like it looks in the product photos. It looks kind of like a sad, old flat topped paint brush that’s lost a ton of hairs and it’s just time to throw it out. I can’t think of any use of it with how it is. The hairs are choppy, rough, and not full at all. It’s very thin. —There’s 2 flat eye brushes. These work for concealer, applying cream or shimmer shades, etc. One is short and wide, the other is longer and thinner. They’re fine. Just flimsy feeling and just don’t feel durable at all. —There’s a sponge tipped eye brush. I always buy a big bag of dual ended sponge tipped applicators to use to apply my shimmers and metallics. It applies them with the same impact you’d get using your finger, except they give me precision I can’t get with my fingers. So, this I’ll use. It’s also cheap and flimsy feeling, not durable at all. But, it’ll work just as well as the little cheap ones I get in a large bag at the dollar store. —There’s a brow comb/brush. This is just a basic cheap brow comb/brush. It’s fine. The brush part is rough and scratchy. 3 9-pan eyeshadow palettes - Each one comes in a little outer product box. Most of the info is in another language, but there is some info in English, so that’s nice (unlike the other products in this set) - ingredients, product description, and usage tips. The product page said the names of the palettes are “Poi Tone,” “Milk Tea Tone,” and “Grapefruit Tone.” I have no idea which is which because I can’t read the Chinese. But, they are labeled 01, 02, and 03. These are small 9-pan palettes. They’re just basic plastic compacts with clasp closure. I did finger swatches on my clean forearm (no primer, lotion, etc.). I did 1 swipe for each shade. The mattes are VERY sheer, as you can probably tell in my swatches. They all seemed hard panned right away (and yes, I always have clean fingers when swatching, no oil or anything on my finger). I could barely pick anything up. When using a brush, I was able to build them up on the eyes, but it took a lot of building. If you try to blend them, they kind of just blend away. But, if you build them up to where they have good pigment, then the darker ones don’t blend out well. So, I was pretty disappointed with the mattes. The shimmers are definitely the star of the palettes. They’re really nice. They’re soft, smooth, good pigment, easy to pick up, and have a nice sheen to them. There was only 1 that wasn’t easy to pick up and wasn’t as pigmented as the others. It was in “03” palette (middle row, far right). You can do a few layers though to get it to show up nicely. I wish the palettes had more lighter shimmer shades. I always like a light, bright shimmer shade as my inner shimmer shade and for an inner corner highlight. There were 2 that were light and bright - a soft pink in “01” and a light peach in “03.” I don’t like pressed glitters, so I didn’t try those out. I would have liked the pressed glitters in the palettes to have been lighter shimmer shades instead. “01” has no mattes at all, just 6 shimmers and 2 pressed glitters. It’s nice to pair with the other 2 palettes to be able to get more variety in your looks by using different shimmers from this palette. There are 4 shades - 2 medium golds that look pretty similar and 2 darker golds that look pretty similar. On the eyes, you can’t tell them apart. It would have been nice if they didn’t use colors that were so similar, especially in the same palette. “02” is warm toned brown and peachy shades. It has 6 mattes, 1 shimmer, and 2 pressed glitters. It has 2 medium to dark warm toned brown mattes. But, then it has 2 peachy mattes that look pretty similar, and 2 cream mattes that look pretty similar. I would have liked more variety in those. “03” is warm toned brown, orange, and reddish shades. It has 4 mattes and 5 shimmers. I’m glad this one didn’t have any pressed glitters. Overall, this is a decent all in one set for someone starting out in makeup. It definitely isn’t a true “all-in-one set” since it only has eyeshadow, eyebrow powder, mascara, liquid liner, and brushes. There is no concealer, foundation, powder, blush, bronzer. But, for someone just starting out with makeup, they might not need or want all the other stuff just yet. The brushes aren’t good at all. I’d definitely recommend getting different brushes - Wet n Wild and Elf make great brushes that are really affordable. The mascara is too dry for me. I like a mascara formula that’s right in the middle - not too wet, not too dry. But, some people prefer a drier formula. The liquid liner might be a problem for someone just starting off with liquid liner because it does bleed some. The eyeshadows are okay. The mattes are pretty disappointing. They’re very sheer and need A LOT of building up, and they are hard to blend once you do build them up. If you try to blend as you build them, they kind of just blend away. So, it’s kind of lose, lose. The shimmers are beautiful. Soft, smooth, and pigmented. I think this is a nice set for someone younger who is just starting in makeup and doesn’t need anything too pigmented. Just something to play around with. But, since the mattes can be hard to work with, they aren’t the best to learn with. If someone wants to practice their eyeshadow, I’d recommend going with Wet n Wild or Elf palettes. They have some great, really affordable options and they are much easier to work with. But, if you’re looking for a nice little set for someone to play with, this could work. I give it 3 stars.
