Great Product

Easy way to get magnesium
This Pure Magnesium Oil for Muscle Recovery Bath Soak is an easy way to get more magnesium into your system. Adding it to my foot soaks makes it easy. You get a large bottle of this, so not too bad price wise. It should last quite a while. Seems to help your feet/legs to relax some.

Yessss it’s good . It really works , I put 1/4 cup in my bath and soak for at least an hour. With episome salt and vinegar and I’m set . A lady told me about this Oil . I will be purchasing more

Highly recommended
I bought the oil and the flakes together (to use alternatively) for magnesium bath - They are very good for muscle and joint recovery after workout and skin hydration...highly recommended...

Too expensive
I like this but works just as well as salts . You don't get much and it's too expensive
