Love it!! Easy to use! Great water pressure. Instalation only took a few minutes.

I am a large disabled woman. I was impressed that this shower head gave my body more water coverage than a standard shower head. I bought this for the hand held feature with the stop button. The last hand held shower head did not have this feature on the handle and because of that, the water pressure would always move the spray away from me and I'd have to fight to get water coverage. Not with this unit! I love that it has multiple sprays to choose from. You simply flip the switch on the handheld unit to adjust what kind of spray you need and when you're all done, hit the stop button and cradle the unit. It's as simple as that. Also, if your shower hear starts to get deposits on them, you can flick the flexible sprayers that are clogged to get a full and steady stream again. I am so glad I bought this!

The pressure from the main head is rain like. For hair washing I use the handle because it has harder pressure and gets all the soap out. I have a small shower and this thing really takes up the space, ha! Overall I really like it. I was able to install it alone without experience (though with profanity). I had to redo it a few times for leaks, but again, I'm not experienced. In the end all is working as it should.

I love this shower head, powerful, looks good and it looks so modern! It’s like taking a shower under a waterfall!

I love how many different options this shower head and wand give me. I also love that it has a button on the wand where I can turn the water completely off so that while shampooing my hair or shaping up or shaving I can turn it off to save on water consumption. I've already noticed a difference in my water bill. The flow from the wand especially is nice and strong but not so much that it hurts. The bonus to buying this one over some of the others is that you can turn the water flow to the wand completely off, remove the wand itself, and then you push the button to turn the water flow back on and it's just one solid stream that has great pressure for washing the tub and shower. I use this feature at the end of my showers to hose down the entire interior of the shower plus the inner liner shower curtain which has helped a lot in preventing mildew from growing which had also lengthened the time between washing my fabric liner. Would recommend this to a friend. I can't comment on installation because my son did it for me, though it only took him maybe 10 minutes to do so.

The media could not be loaded.  Not durable at all, I don’t even think this is metal. Either way, I only got a couple of uses out of it before it sprung a leak. I tiny hole in the ball part of the showerhead piece sprayed a tiny stream of water in a couple of directions.Thankfully I was able to return it but I would not recommend this item at all until they use better material

I got this while visiting my son. I have to have this while visiting and I certainly love it.

I was so excited because the handheld has the on off button on it directly. But not even a week later now the handheld is spraying water all over the place instead of forward. I tried all settings on it. In a rubber kind you can flick the little sprayers and they’ll clean, but this is metal so you can’t really clean any build up on it. I think that’s why it’s spraying everywhere. But the bug rainfall part is awesome.
