Sturdy product.
I purchased this brush guard roughly 6 months ago and only today did I think to do a review... for the wrong reasons.Instalation was indeed tricky, but manageable with basic hand tools and a bit of patience. So far the wrinkle coat has withstood the winter and the salt with no serious signs of corrosion. It was only today that I thought to write a review due to a road rage incident. 😅Long story short, I was cut off and brake checked with very little reaction time, leading to a collision. The brush guard took the brunt of the impact and held strong with only a minor ding and a slightly bent mounting bracket leaving my truck virtually undamaged. The car on the other hand had considerable damage.I don't condone using the brush guard in this manner, but... It's very sturdy if you ever find yourself in a similar situation.

Looks great!
Pros. Easy to follow instructions. Looks great perfect fit.Cons. Bolts holding the guard to brackets feel like should be bigger/thicker other than that thing looks great.

Looks fantastic, a bit of a pain to install:
I realize that this is made to fit a number of different years (and with other brackets, a number of different vehicles). It also states in the instructions that some modification or cutting of your bumper may be necessary. That said, I'm about 80% sure that I could design this so that the bolts were moved *just* far enough to be easier to get to with sacrificing structural integrity. I'll list pros/cons here:Pros:Looks *AMAZING*Fit/finish is very good, the paint job looks and feels like it would stop a bullet. The instructions are basic, but very easy to followWhile I feel like the brackets aren't as beefy as the rest of it looks, it is VERY sturdy in generalPackaged extremely well, although I'm not even sure a diamond would scratch itCons:In my case, I had to cut away part my bumper for the brackets to fitBolt heads end up so close to each other that it is nearly impossible to get a wrench on them (I would strongly recommend getting a set of offset wrenches, and band-aids for your knuckles)You have to permanently remove your tow hook . . . although I'm pretty sure I could modify the tow hook to be added back on. In theory, something this beefy could be used in place of the tow hook, and EVERY part of it is definitely strong enough to tow with . . . except for where the bracket meets the bottom of the guard. I'm not sure it is strong enough there to be able to pull the truck without breaking it.They said that you need to permanently remove the skid plate as well, but in my case I didn't need to.To sum up, for a 2004 Titan I had to remove the tow hook but not the skid plate. I had to cut notches in the bumper to accommodate the brackets. I could probably put it together in about 10 minutes or so if it wasn't so difficult to get to a lot of the bolts . . . so it took me over 2 hours. In the end, I'm really happy with the looks and the price. If someone had told me how much of a pain it would be to install, I'm not sure I would have purchased it . . . but I really love the end result. One suggestion (in case the manufacturer sees this): it would be really cool if you put holes in the back of the frame that led down to the brackets so that you could internally run the wiring for a light bar.

Its the eye of the Tyger
Looks fantastic. Was a pain to install because my bumper was slightly tweaked (due to a parking lot hit and run). Had to fully remove my bumper then install the base mounting plates for the bar. After having those securely installed I carefully replaced my bumper then installed the actual bull bar. The hardest part was securing bolts because of the tight working area so I highly recommend you have offset wrenches (You will need metric wrenches). I suggest you hit up Harbor Freight and evoke your super saving coupon for a cheap set of offsets if you do not already have a set. All in all it was a good sturdy product and it looks great on my 2012 Nissan Titan. By the way I mounted my license plate from the bottom holes so it could cover up the silly "Tyger" logo (Personally I think its a bit much)

Nice product!
Not to bad to install by yourself. Did it in about 90 minutes. Worst part was removing tow hooks.Wish there was a way to keep the hooks on with the bar.

Looks good
It looks good but seems very weak. Maybe if you weld it together, but the wall of the tube is too thin.
