Tried several oral thermometers, and one other forehead type. This is by far the best I've had. Fast, accurate, easy to use. Did I say it was fast? A wipe across your forehead and your done. The ear way is even faster. Built solid, comes with pouch, I've just tossed it in a drawer and it's holding up extremely well. I'm not a prolific reviewer, but this was worth the time.

Got this because our cheaper model from the drugstore was giving wildly different results. This produce is better but can still vary by 1.0 or 1.5 degrees which I don't like. We take my son's temp multiple times to get an average. Not sure I'm crazy about this for what we paid.

This thermometer has been amazingly useful for an infant--they are constantly moving, and this takes baby's temperature incredibly quickly. In addition, a lot of guidance online suggests taking infant's temperature rectally, which can't be comfortable for them. This just goes across the forehead, while still accurate and consistent. We are glad we made this purchase, it was worth every penny.

Easy and fast! Very easy to operate and give forehead temp reading in seconds. Exactly what I needed when dealing with an impatient sick child.

I bought this to use at work on multiple patients per day. It is 100% inaccurate! I am so disappointed. Its to late to return it. So disappointed.
