Good quality
I used mine to melt tar for crack sealing and it is holding up great. If it can take the punishment I am giving it then it will be great for Oil.

Good spout
I bought this item to pour sand into cracks on an asphalt driveway; AFTER I filled the cracks with an Elastomeric crack filler, SO you could drive on the driveway without getting crack filler on your tires and shoes. Worked great.

handle is very weak and spot welds wont last, good thing i just purchased it for deco.
weak handle, spot welds won't last long wouldn't recommend it for actual dispensing use.

Broke during 1st use :( Handle is useless decoration
Got it out of the box, I filled it with oil while it was on the work bench, I tried to pick it up and THE HANDLE BROKE AWAY FROM THE BODY IN THREE PLACES! There are four small weld spots that are supposed to keep the handle on the body of the can. Thankfully, my support hand was fast in reaction and was able to catch the spilling can that was dumping oil all over my bench, goods and floor. If I was "that guy" I would have thrown it back, dirty and returned it. Now, it will be a two handed, no handle, grab it from the top kind of can until I find a quality can, since I had to use it to finish the job and cant return it.

Pour spout tip too
The spout tip too small slow oil transfer arm would fall off waiting.
