Pathetic product
I bought this backpack just three months ago, and it's already torn and unusable. The material is extremely poor and feels cheap. Even with normal, everyday use, the stitching came apart and started giving trouble. I expected at least basic durability, but this product is of third-class quality. Definitely not worth the money. Avoid if you're looking for something reliable.

A decent backpack for regular use
I ordered this backpack for regular use and it fits the buy. However do not keep high expectations from this backpack as this is a normal one for day to day usage. Overall it is an average product backpack from Dell as compared to much better backpacks offered by Dell. If you budget is bit over 2k+ than go for a better product.

Value for Money. Design and fabric quality is amazing. I just wanted the top handle of the bag to be made of even stronger material instead of fabric. Otherwise, the shoulder fitting is perfect.

Love the bag, I first used it while working for this other company. I had to get mine personally, quality is top, no complaints. Top that with Amazon's fast delivery and the free coupon when you use the app first time. Bag was R500 and I got it for R400 atleast at the time I bought it. Bare in mind in other online stores the bag went for like R700 plus...M I S S 👏 M E 👏 W I T H 👏 T H A T! 👏
