Are these little kids sizes or can adult wear them

They are for adults. I bought my 22 year old son a size 12 US/ 46 EU. They are a perfect fit, great quality and super style.

It says Size 9 fixed in the title but it let me pick 13. If I buy this, will it be a 13?

I can only tell you, I ordered an 11 at "size location" and got an 11.
