i have used other rollers for 4 years now, this one really gets in and releases tight muscles. at first i was concerned it might be too aggressive but its spot on !

This feels fantastic on my back. I use it on my butt & legs as well. My massage therapist says I'm addicted to pain, but it's almost too much for the IT bands. I bought the original and the extra firm one, and I'd recommend to get the original first... it's great! The tips of the bumps compress a bit, but it still gives a great kneading massage.

This thing is amazing, it's a deep tissue massage whenever you want one. I've had IT band issues and a lot of pain in my knees from repetitive stress of running, after a couple weeks of using this regularly the pain is gone. It's also great for your shoulders, especially if you type a lot and get any stiffness or pain.
