Keeps me hydrated
I used to drink every sport drink there was and water, as well celtic sea salt, added this and now I don't get dehydrated! I take 2 in the AM and 2 in evening. Drink plenty of water if you use this supplement, also would recommended magnesium glycinate to take with it because that is the #1 electrolyte and this contains citrate which is more of a laxative less absorbing version of magnesium.

These magnesium capsules my husband and I have both been taking for quite some time. We both feel they help us with relaxation, nervous energy and overall health. We take them with Dr Berg D3K2 capsules also. Great combination.

The convenience of capsules...
I had used Dr. Berg’s electrolyte powder for some time but I wanted the convenience of the capsule form. I purchased a bottle od Dr. Berg’s electrolyte capsules and am totally satisfied.

Nice blend of electrolytes, but....
This is an excellent blens of electrolytes with a decent amount of potassium. I take these when I play pickleball and sweat a lot.I also break the capsules open and use them in the water for my chicken's feed that I ferment and sprouts that I grow for them, as all our drinking water goes through a reverse osmosis filter.The cons is that the powder doesn't dissolve well in water. Also, I would like to be able to buy the powder loose as well as in capsules to save a few dollars on the capsules that get emptied out and tossed.

I have felt more energized, and my heart rhythm issue had decreased significantly. Would recommend at least giving it a try.
