This isn't the first copper supplement I've tried, but it's definitely the best. Bioactive copper provides a highly absorbable copper, which is one of the reasons some studies suggest 70% of Americans are deficient in copper, a vital nutrient for good health. You see advertisements everywhere for the promotion of zinc, but what they fail to mention is that if you supplement zinc, you WILL be deficient in Copper, a vital trace mineral for the formation of red blood cells. And vice versa, if you take copper, you also need to supplement with zinc. Of course, not at the same time or they'll cancel each other out. I have found this product to be of exceptional quality. And although I'm highly sensitive to tastes, I don't even notice the taste. And I plan to continue taking it.

Ever since I was introduced to this, it has changed my life tremendously. I got sick returning from a mini vacation, so I immediately took a few drops of this combined together with zinc. After 12 hours, I was in recovery mode feeling better to go to work the next day. This product is the truth!

I got the 2 fluid ounce size. I understood I was buying the smallest size but I figured it would still last for a while. That's because I failed to read the fine print. This bottle is only good for four doses. That's right.....FOUR. Seems a bit ridiculous to me. At least it was relatively inexpensive. I suppose. Three bucks per dose, basically. Stupid. And I didn't notice any benefits. So....there you have it.
