Superior to other pans
This is the first pan I bought from this company. I didn’t know commercial bakeware provided such superior results. I’ll be replacing my old pans with this brand as needed. My cake, although small, came out perfectly. They feel so much heftier than my current ones.

LOVE LOVE LOVE
USA pans are the best! The pans have a good weight to them and distribute the heat evenly, so everything turns out beautifully. I've purchased several pans already and plan to replace all my bakeware with them over the coming months.

Decent… but not the best
I tested this pan in several sizes against Nordicware aluminum, Parrish magic line, silicone, and other generic nonstick metal options. While these pans did work well, even with adjusting my recipes, the cakes still turned out more dense, less fluffy, and slightly over baked on the edges. This may have something to do with height as I typically aim for 3” tall pans to combat my super powerful and non-adjustable convection fan.I would consider these as 3rd place; Magic Line takes 1st and Nordicware aluminum takes 2nd. 🤙🏽

There is everything to like and nothing to dislike. I have been replacing all my pans with the USA pans.

Bad packaging
Love these pans mostly but if you get milk or dairy fat in them (glaze or coating before baking) there is a stain. This small cake pan was sent without any protective packaging so got scratched in transit.
