To my great surprise, they are not comfortable. I have been using SteelSeries Arctis 7 for many years, and other headphones before, and had no issues. I started to google, and found lots of people complaining about the same. There are large discussions on Reddit where people recommend buying 3D printed cushion adapters and install cushions from other models. Also, there is a very long stick inside the ear cushion that can stick to your ear. For me, it doesn't bother me as much, it's just my ears get very tired, while I could use the previous version for 7-8 hour nonstop. In any case, I am still trying to get used to them. Otherwise, these are the best headphones on the market feature wise. I will update this review if I decide to change ear cushions. ***Update after a week of use*** I got used to the cushions or/and they became softer quite quickly. The "hook" doesn't bother me either; I am quite lucky. It is possible to "hang" the headphone a little higher by adjusting the strap, thus changing the location of the hook. Love the features and quality of the sound for gaming. As I use wireless, it is inferior to my bose when listening to music. I love the simultaneous wifi/Bluetooth connection and the ability to answer my phone without changing the headphones. This is SUPERB. Although I lost a couple of counter-strike rounds due to alarms/calls and my phone being in a different room, so I might decide to still play with that feature further. Changing my rating to 4. Update after a month of use: Changing the rating to 5. The headphones are superb and no longer bother me at all. They became as soft as needed. I mean, they are still quite stiff but totally comfortable. Being able to be connected to your phone and PC is a game changer.

I have been anti-gaming headset for quite some time. Once upon a time i bought into the Razer, Turtle Beach and Astro hype. Even had a few Hyper-X models. Then decided to try my audiophile Beyerdynamic DT770 Pro for gaming and never looked back. Since then i have used Hifiman HE4xx, Sennheiser 58x, Beyerdynamic DT1990 Pro's and a slew of other dynamic and planar magnetic headphones for my gaming pleasure. However, after watching several reviews on these Arctis Nova's, i decided to purchase a set for my wife as she is allergic to wires and wanted to have the freedom that only wireless provides. While setting up the headphones for her, i tested them in games and with high res Spotify tracks. I was floored at the sound quality. Not quite as crisp as my Beyerdynamic DT1990's, but a far cry from the gaming headsets of yore. Sub-bass response was impressive and I liked the ability to adjust the soundstage. They were comfortable even though the earcups are pleather and while typically i prefer velour or Steelseries own AirWeave, i found my ears were not as toasty as i expected them to be. I once wore them for 4 hours straight and forgot they were on my head! I was so impressed, i bought another pair for myself. Steelseries GG software is easy to navigate and setup, and I set up the EQ to mimic the sound profile of my Beyer's. I still use Audiophile grade headphones for serious music listening, but I've permanently switched to these Nova's as my daily drivers and I can now enjoy being able to take a potty break or grab a snack from the kitchen while being able to hear my games/music in the background (especially helpful when you're queuing for matchmaking!) while no longer having to deal with the first world problem of inadvertently yanking out my headphone cable from my headphone amplifier by mistake which happens far more often than i'd like to admit!

The SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless is a fantastic option for gamers who prioritize exceptional audio quality, comfort, and innovative features. Używam codziennie po 8+ godzin . Słuchawek używam do pracy do rozmów przez Teams / Meet , muzyki oraz gier. Jakość Audio i Mikrofonu jest bardzo dobra jak na bezprzewodowe słuchawki . ANC jest ok , ale nie najlepsze . Największą zaletą jest stacja bazowa. Wymienne baterie to coś cudownego , możliwość podłączenia pod dwa urządzenia jest bardzo wygodna , ale .... niestety starsza wersja tych słuchawek jest dużo bardziej dopracowana , tak na prawdę jedyną rzecz którą tracicie kupując starszą wersję to możliwość podłączenia dwóch komputerów , co można rozwiązać kvm-em za 100 zł. Nową i starszą wersję mam ustawioną dokładnie w tym samym miejscu , podłączoną pod dokładnie te same komputery i : Plus: + Nowa wersja ma delikatnie większy zasięg ( może 1m) + Pozbyłem się kabelków od kvm-a. ( Do gier mam PC a do pracy Maca ) + Możliwość odtwarzania przez głośniki i słuchawki ( nie używam ale wydaje mi się że dla kogoś może to być bardzo przydatne ) Minusy: - Słuchawki mają tendencje do nie działania z Mac , czasami trzeba resetować stacje bazową odpinać kable i może zaskoczy - Słuchawki potrafią się zaciąć i trzeba je zresetować - Kiedy wychodzi się z zasięgu odbiornika potrafią bardzo głośno i nieprzyjemnie trzeszczeć - Wsadzanie baterii do ładowarki jest strasznie nie ergonomiczne i bez patrzenia na wyświetlacz nie wiadomo czy poprawnie się to zrobiło , zdarzyło mi się już wsadzić baterie odwrotnie , lub nie poprawnie . - Osadzenie baterii w słuchawkach też jest kiepskie . Starsza wersja ma to dużo lepiej zaprojektowane -Brak wyjścia optycznego , które było w starej wersji . Aux Out które jest w tych słuchawkach ma straszne zakłócenia i trzeba dokupić filtr - Brak sprzętowej opcji podziału dźwięku na grę i voice chat ... przeniesione to zostało do aplikacji która działa tylko na PC. Ogólnie nie polecam . Mam nadzieje że część problemów zostanie usunięta przez updejty . Nie widzę powodu dla którego ktoś miałby wybrać te słuchawki zamiast starszej wersji , szkoda bo miałem nadzieje że będzie to tylko refresh wyglądu , anc i pare mniejszych ulepszeń , a wyszła niedoróbka. Co do ANC mam mieszane odczucia z jednej strony na pewno dużo bardziej odcinają otoczenie w porównaniu do starszej wersji z drugiej pady nie nadają się do długiego noszenia i wydaje mi się że starsza wersja nie miała problemu z tłumieniem przynajmniej w otoczeniu w którym ja ich używam

I figured it was worth leaving a review after my experience buying this headset. I’ve bought a few different SteelSeries products in the past and have always thought they were pretty good products, my last headset was a steelseries arctic 5 pubg edition so I was well overdue for a new one. I was leery on buying these just because of the price point but I can definitely say sound quality and comfortability are both great I have no issues there. The only issue I had was When I received them, only one of the batteries worked the other was completely dead.😬 However, I reached out to steelseries and explained the issue, they not only replaced the bad battery without me sending it in but they gave an additional one so I now have 3 total. You can decide for yourself but the product quality was good and the customer service was great so I’m definitely happy about my purchase.

Very comfortable for hours of use. Easy access to buttons. Connects well with PS5 and offers excellent 3D sound. Big fan! Much better than the playstation headphones
