This adapter cord for a car lighter is for a Panasonic Respironics portable Oxygen Machine
This car lighter adapter cord is for the charger for a portable supplemental oxygen machine . They have a complicated pin system on the cord and Amazon sent the incorrect model number multiple times until they got it correct ! I’m not sure why they kept sending a charger for a machine for a totally different company not for Panasonic Respironics , the name for this charger’s machine.

It's a good charger
Seems like a good charger but a couple of the functions of the original charger are not present. The light showing charging is not available on this model but other than that it's a good charger.
