Lovely flavour Less bloating I can imagine long term you would get great health benefits but as it only lasts 5 days its quite expensive to upkeep

Transformative
I have been using symprove since 2021. Before using symprove I suffered badly with IBS and had a bad relationship with food as a result. Reliable and works well
Anytime I have antibiotics or some kind of illness that could affect my microbiome I buy a bottle of this. It seems to help resettle things well. Missing a star as the price is very high. But it’s vegan and the strawberry tastes good and it seems to do its job well.

Worth the purchase
