Worked great to replace my old style header collectors.
Good quality machine work from what I can tell. The only thing I would do differently would be to double nut the V band to lock it in place. One of the clamps loosened up after a period of time. I used these to replace some old header collectors. Worked great with some adapter pieces, and I won’t have any more gasket issues on my old headers.

I love using v-bands on my exhaust. These work great and have a nice fit not sloppy

Easy too weld into my exhaust pipe
I had to build a custom exhaust and decided to use these vband clamps And it was quite easy to well into my existing pipes. The Vbands clamps makes it very easy to install and uninstall exhaust. You can also rotate the VBands which makes installing the exhaust so much more easier than other system. These clamps are made out of 304 stainless steel and I have welded to my mild steel pipes without any problem. I’ve actually preferred the look of the stainless steel over the mild steels. The quality seems to be pretty good I would not hesitate to buy it again

Clamp itself isn’t too strong
Don’t know if I applied too much force with the lil impact driver I have but it bent one of the clamps. The welded parts onto the exhaust piping are good but one of the pairs didn’t sit right so when i ugga dugga it down it twisted the thing by EDIT: bought just a replacement clamp from another seller on Amazon and it's way sturdier. Thicker threads. EDIT 2: added a video to my review but these clamps are just not strong. Scrapped and it came off. Again not really the vbands fault but now I need to buy ANOTHER new thicker vBand clamp to replace this one. One that can take a beating. If your clamp is in the engine bay it’s probably fine but don’t expect these clamps to take ANY abuse before breaking.

Will buy again
Easy to weld in and provide a positive seal with no leaks. Excellent alternative to traditional style exhaust flanges. No gasket to blow out and cause leaks which is especially handy near any o2 sensors for accurate reading.

Good vbands
lol, I'm not a welder but I've ran a few flux core beads in my life I recently redid the exhaust on my van and replaced the header collectors flanges with a set of these as well as the muffler/tailpipe connection 3" and 2-3/4" 16awg pipe and was using the cheapest fcaw welder I could purchsed on amazon. I was using some decent in house brand carbon wire from the local welding supply and have to say I am very pleased with the vbands. Of course I tacked them in 5-8 places and then ran beads on alteranting sides between tacks, but I had no problems with warping. I've included a picture, but realize that I know that IDKSAW Before anyone wants to comment about SS and which wire, polarity, etc.... yeah, I do know. I don't care as I just needed to get my exhaust fixed up

Perfect for my exhaust system to remove it in pieces to run open headers or to run full exhaust depending on what were doin just weld it to the pipes and clamp it together. No leaks and holds the position once tightened
