This product looks great BUT is both dangerous and doesn’t work. Had a tough time putting it together as it wasn’t particularly well made. Eventually got it together on first use it turns out the wheel section come apart due to the vibrations my son had a bad crash because of this. We added jubilee clips to fix this problem to discover that any sort of speed the front wheel wobbles so badly it throws you off. Amazon have sorted a refund and my son is over the moon. The rep was fantastic. They should probably rethink selling this on Amazon given its reviews.

Missing bits for seat attachment had go buy nuts and bolts to complete build and very flimsy bends when feet put on it seems very weak build and won’t last but as a birthday present for my 10 year old son could not possibly now take away to return and say sorry rubbish quality so have had to just accept and try fix and Maybe try make stronger with additional Support brackets overall VERY disappointed with quality for price as very expensive compared to other similar models prices elsewhere wish had just waited for the single support bar version with suspension under seat instead of on frame as this other one my daughter has is 10 times stronger better made came with all fixings as should and was only £50 !! lesson learnt I guess 😕

Well where to start, took out of box to find a rusted scratched and chipped frame!!!!! Good start, then to find wheel had missing nut and bolt!!!! then when I started to assembled the extendable frame it wouldn't go in due to metal spurs on inside which i had to file off then noticed seat had a crack, then noticed left lever was excessively loose and wobbly in a side to side fashion then noticed that where you seat the actual hoverboard the metal was not inline and held roughly in place with angled screws!!!!! I'm stopping there before I explode. If I can look at it again I'll post pictures.

We bought this to replace an identical one that finally snapped needing rewelding.Sadly, although robust, there is something off kilter. The handles need to be at different heights for the hoverboard to run straight ahead, rather than both at the same level.

I ordered these karts expecting a pump up front tyre so it would be nice a quite and a little more giving on uneven surface as per the pics and as per the instructions it came with but, after unpacking it was a noisy hard plastic wheel and tyre which i didn't really want but as it was for Christmas had to let the kids crack on and use it , not a massive thing but it was not what i was expecting

This has given us a lot of laughs this afternoon - a real shame it was sent with some parts missing (minused a star for that) and a little bit of rust in places. Instructions were also useless!!! (Minused another star for that). This was more expensive than others on the market because the front tyre is inflatable rather than solid plastic. I test drove both versions before purchasing and that was better in my opinion.

If you looking for quality buy elsewhere.Was very badly packed, damaged and most bolts was loose and rusty plus parts was bent.Most screws wasnt big enough to reach the lock thread never mind no washers as you can see by picture.Very thin metal used and when welded together nothing is straight this product won't last long.Try to contact seller no reply

This product is awful. All the negative reviews are correct. It’s very flimsy nothing seems to fit correctly and one part of it they had forgot to drill the hole in one side. I ended up drilling it myself although I should have sent it straight back. Amazon why are you selling this junk!
