Bought this to replace the missing remote control for a Sharp CV-P10PC, worked perfectly and was able to adjust temperature, use advanced features, and keep it in the remote pocket of the machine.

Worked right out of the box. We use it on our air conditioner, we nicknamed R2. In Seattle, we only need the unit a month out of the year, but it works well. The remotes don't last, so this replacement was a godsend.

In a move we lost the original remote to this AC unit. I lost the main compressor of the house during the last storms in Florida. I got this remote in no time. No need to program or anything like that, just add Batteries and watch the magic happen.

Bless this- I lost the previous remote to my Sharp portable air conditioner and since there's no buttons on the front to use except the power button, we'll, I thought I'd be SOL basically. So happy I found this!! A bit pricey for what it is, but I'll gladly shell out 19 bucks again in order to stay cool when it's hot out!I took it out of the plastic, popped in 2 AAA batteries, pointed it at my air conditioner and it automatically worked. Absolutely thrilled. Thank you!!

I got my AC unit from my dad and it didn’t come with the remote. Make sure to check the model number to make sure it’ll work with it. I have the CVp10LC and it works amazing! You can change the temp and change to mega cool which is awesome in this heat. It does take 2 AAA batteries. Super easy to use and keeps you extra chilly.
