Works no side effects

Perfect blend for my body to be relaxed during stress at work. The ingredients in this specific product are very unique lemon balm with the ashwaganda. I have yet to find a suitable replacement for when these are out of stock.

I am 64 and recently retired from 20 plus years of drug research with lots of travel. I feel like I am always at least a little stressed out and find it hard to fall asleep.
