Great Shave with Excellent Glide I’ve been really impressed with this shaving gel. The translucent formula makes it easy to see exactly where you’re shaving, which is especially helpful for trimming around my beard and mustache. It goes on smoothly, provides plenty of lubrication, and lets the razor glide comfortably without pulling or irritation. After shaving, my skin felt smooth, refreshed, and well-hydrated with no tight or dry feeling. A little goes a long way, and the two-pack offers good value for the price. If you’re looking for a shaving gel that delivers a close, comfortable shave while giving you better visibility for precision grooming, this is definitely worth trying. I’d happily purchase it again.

This stuff is nice when using a multi-blade razor. You can use it with a safety razor but I prefer soaps. They seem to work better. It's not your typical shave cream... It's more like a gel. It works well though. I was using the dollar chave club multi blade razor with it till they changed the razor and discontinued the one I had. I them switched to a safety razor.

My husband usually uses the shave cream in the Blue can but he was ready to change due to the fact that the blue can was becoming worse and worse trying to get the product out of the can. Amazon had this Shave Butter advertised for Prime Day and he decided to try this. He loves it and does it ever make a difference on his skin, a huge difference, this makes a very close shave. He’s hooked.

A little goes a long way with this shave butter, and it remains the best shaving product I’ve ever used. It’s identical to the original Dr. Carver’s Shave Butter from Dollar Shave Club—DSC simply changed the name and packaging. Don’t be fooled by cheaper “shave butter” alternatives; none of them are as smooth, protective, or effective as this formula. The razor glides effortlessly with zero tugging, razor burn, or nicks. The translucent texture also makes it easy to see exactly where you’re shaving, which is a huge plus. I portion mine into small travel-size tubes so I can throw them into my toiletry bag—perfect for frequent trips. Because you only need a small amount each time, these tubes last for months, making the 2-pack extremely budget-friendly. If you want the closest, cleanest, most comfortable shave possible, this is as good as it gets.

I only give these four stars. Maybe I should’ve only given three because you do use quite a bit to coat my face and neck and it really doesn’t show a lather so you kinda have to remember exactly where you shaved and not to go over and over the same area. It also clogs the razor quickly. It is slick so it glides easy but at the price I’ll go back to my Nivea shave gel, which worked just fine.

Exceptional product that delivers a super smooth shave

I buy this often for my husband. It’s his favorite thing to use when shaving. He never wants to use regular shaving cream anymore.

I have been using this product for a long time, but really disappointed to see that I got an item that was manufactured 2 years ago. It takes me around 2 years to finish this product but the expiry is only 11 months.

Been using this for years & love the product, not a fan of Aussie direct site so trying USA version.
