Great source of energy
This is a great product that gives an extra boost during my morning run. It does not make me feel jittery, raise my blood pressure, or results in a crashing feeling after wear off. It’s also a great source of appetite control with longevity results.

It's a no go
Yes I was so hopeful but now these are a joke you might as well just Take a vitamin c pill or something... And this is going from somebody who is taking almost every diet product out there with everything in it... Not impressed total bummer actually I even forgot I talked I took them that's how much they didn't work.. Sorry for those who were hopeful

Wide awake, no jitters, but expensive
I swapped to a homebrew pre-workout with plain caffeine (guarana) which is cheap by comparison. If you buy these, pay attention to package--for some reason it's cheaper to buy 3x1 bottles instead of a pack of 3. I didn't feel jittery, just alert...and I did have a little trouble sleeping the first night when I started taking them again. It seemed to last that long following a morning dose.

use as pre-workout
45 minutes before working out I take one. Or on days that are going to be crazy. Insane amount of energy. So much cheaper than powders and like the ingredients.
