My husband works in construction management for a living so he is out in the heat, even when it is in triple digits and unbearable for most people. He also has a heart condition which means it is super important to ensure he stays hydrated throughout the day. I found these Key Nutrients packets and he loves them and they do what they are supposed to do, provide him with the nutrients to stay hydrated which helps him get through these awful temperatures here in the south. I like the variety packets because it allows him to switch up the flavors so he doesn't get bored with the same drink every day and it gives you a chance to try a lot of their flavors. They aren't cheap, but they are more than worth it. We will keep on buying these for sure.

I read the reviews about the Pink Lemonade being the only flavor that’s good. Well, I like cherries and pomegranates so I tried that one first. I mixed it with 24 Oz of water it was a little too much flavor for me. But, it wasn’t bad. It was actually pretty good. I’ll be mixing them in my 40 Oz water bottle and it think that will be the right flavor balance. Looking forward to trying the other flavors. I have medications that give me dry mouth and dehydrate me. Once I try the other flavors they I’ll update the review with how well it works for rehydration.

I bought it for the lemon lime flavor, I didn’t care for the taste of this one so I didn’t end up using much of it, others may like it.

I do not feel this product helped me at all. Kept waking up with leg cramps and the taste was repulsive. Update: upon trying two different flavors of this product-Lemonade and Raspberry-discovered they were much tastier than the ones I had tried previously. Particularly enjoy the taste of the Raspberry electrolytes and it seemed refreshing. Only time will tell if my leg cramps have disappeared but for now I apologize to this company for having not given them more of a chance at first. I will purchase these 2 flavors from you in the future-but I don't believe I will ever go back to the original selection.

I tried one of the multipacks with the watermelon, pink lemonade, blue raspberry, and cherry pomegranate- so I feel like I have a valid point to stand on after 4 flavors. The taste wasn’t awful but it’s almost like drinking a sparkling water where you’re looking for more flavor. I tried putting less and more water in my shaker to see if that would change it but it’s just how the product tastes. The flavor that is there tastes artificial and leaves a weird after taste in your mouth. I bought these to save a little money from the LMNT brand electrolytes that I normally buy but I will happily spend the extra bit to look forward to my drinks again. I wish I could have loved these because the flavors sound great but I was genuinely surprised by how many people really loved these based on the reviews.

Absolutely horrid taste. The after taste is even worse. It smells like stinky feet or something. When I had these I didn’t want to be wasteful so I held my breath and chased it with fresh water just to get it down. Never again!

Great product! Much better than liquid IV. I keep electrolytes stocked, if you’re traveling, active, sick, dehydrated, or hungover they are essential. I wanted something without as much sugar and without artificial dyes so I got these. They taste great and get the job done. As far as electrolyte content, you’d have to drink 3+ of these packets to be equivalent to 1 Pedialyte advanced care packs, so keep that in mind dependent on your needs. Too much electrolytes can also be harmful, so these are better for everyday use and I will definitely keep them part of my weekly routine.

Taste the main complaint I see here. Do you all sip your pedialyte? If I feel like I need that level of hydration assistance, I am chugging it. Who cares if there is a slight medicinal back taste. You know how more expensive brands address that? Adding more flavors/chemicals, so it tastes better but likely is not better for your body. But still, it’s not bad. And it makes me drink a bottle of water which is good, even if it was actually just stevia and food coloring, it made me hydrate more (joking as I have no reason to doubt the contents)
