Not worth the price new, even worse one year later.
Was ok when new, but still didn't feel worth the price but at least the cloth was nice and soft, Now 1 year later the base has become a bit loose and it rocks back and forth, me and the wife made everything was tight and I had the wife look and its the metal part in the base that is rocking so we don't see a way to fix it.Also if you sit with all the way back, if you have a small butt it will fall into the seam there between the cushion, so I find I often sit in the front part of the chair with the bigger cushion so I am not getting the needed back support. For the price, I would avoid this chair :-(

Great chair
Great chair - I selected this at the store, then ordered online.... was the most comfy one in the store - I'm 6'1" with 195 lbs of office mojo - she is comfy - I can do lots of hours in it, but see below...Bun padding could be a little thicker, but I will add on with something.

and I love this one
I'm extremely picky about my office chair... and I love this one. Very comfortable and soft. Able to work in this chair all day with no problems. I'm 6'3" at about 300 lbs and this chair fits me with room to spare. Able to rest my head back as well. I've read other reviews that this chair is difficult to lean back, I haven't found that to be the case. Keep in mind this is a "big and tall" chair. The spring is built for larger people, the average or small folks may not weigh enough to compress the spring.

let me say that this chair is very comfortable. That being said the build quality sucks
First off, let me say that this chair is very comfortable. That being said the build quality sucks. I've had it for 5 days and the left arm rest is already popping off. I'll have to fix it with a longer bolt and a washer. I'd send it back but don't feel like the hassle..

Uncomfortable
I used it for 1 day before packing it up and returning it. There's lots of padding, but it's really thin, so my arms and butt hurt after a couple of hours. Worst though, is the seat. It slopes forward, so you can't tilt back without keeping your foot pushing on something. I like a chair that I can sit in tilted back with my feet dangling or tucked under me. Weird, I know, for someone 6' and 300#, but my office chairs have always allowed for that in the past, and this one didn't. It's the most uncomfortable office chair I have ever purchased, and I wouldn't have done so if I had tried it out first. Lesson learned.

Thin seat cushion. Hurts like hell!
This would have been a fine chair if the seat had more cushioning. But no, your butt is feeling the seat's hard surface in minutes! Ouch!
