I am reviewing these as the wife of a husband who snores. After sleeping on the couch more times than I'd like to admit, my husband finally ordered these. Let me tell you.....I didn't think they would really work. The first night he tried them I slept better than I have in YEARS! Though we still have small bouts of snoring, it has been drastically improved and I no longer have to go to bed hours before my husband to make sure I am asleep before he starts snoring- which in his case is less than five minutes. Even if you are a mouth snorer, as in the case of my husband, it was because he could not properly breath through his nose and these have helped tremendously. I highly recommend since they are cheap and are definitely worth a try to see if they work as well for you as they did for him!

I came here just to write that this brand works better than the ones they sell at big box stores. It is similar to the target brand. The difference between the common ones and this one (and the target ones) is that these have a little vent cut in the strip; this means they work well but do not come off as easily. It's kind of hard to explain but you'll understand after you try one.

These nasal strips stay on very well and while they do occasionally cause some redness in the morning, it usually goes away quickly. They have not caused any breakouts on my skin. I have put these on in the wrong spot a couple of times and was able to readjust them without issue. I personally have noticed a significant difference in my sleep when I use these and mouth breath a lot less when they are in place.

I'm quite happy with these, especially for the price. I've used the brand name, I've used the equate brand. Both work great, and these do too. Here's what's really awesome with these for me: if I wash and dry my face before putting these on, not only does it stay on all night, but I can take it off, and put it back on for a second night of use. Seriously. Won't work if your nose is sweaty or oily, but if you shower before you go to bed, good chance you can use them twice.

Very comfortable to wear, even through the night. Very easy to remove in the morning, no difficulty or pain. My husband did remove his the same night of applicarion, and he said it hurt to remove it right away because the adhesive was so strong. Definitely helped my breathing and slept fine. However after removing them both my husband and I had dark bruises across the bridge of our noses the next morning. Even with makeup, it looks like I got punched in the nose. I'm confused since it was very comfortable and effective, but may not be able to wear again for the bruising.
