These nasal strips stay on very well and while they do occasionally cause some redness in the morning, it usually goes away quickly. They have not caused any breakouts on my skin. I have put these on in the wrong spot a couple of times and was able to readjust them without issue. I personally have noticed a significant difference in my sleep when I use these and mouth breath a lot less when they are in place.

These are the best nasal strips. I’ve tried most. These are the best value for my money but most of all they actually work the best. They stay on all night and don’t fall off. They help me breathe and reduces my snoring. They actually work better than the name brand.

I came here just to write that this brand works better than the ones they sell at big box stores. It is similar to the target brand. The difference between the common ones and this one (and the target ones) is that these have a little vent cut in the strip; this means they work well but do not come off as easily. It's kind of hard to explain but you'll understand after you try one.

First time trying them. I’m about 5 nights in. These things are amazing. They adhere well, no issues there they come off simply when using warm water. I feel like my sleep has never been better. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable to wear, even through the night. Very easy to remove in the morning, no difficulty or pain. My husband did remove his the same night of applicarion, and he said it hurt to remove it right away because the adhesive was so strong. Definitely helped my breathing and slept fine. However after removing them both my husband and I had dark bruises across the bridge of our noses the next morning. Even with makeup, it looks like I got punched in the nose. I'm confused since it was very comfortable and effective, but may not be able to wear again for the bruising.
