I got this to use as a breakfast substitute at work to hold me over until lunch. This brand has a lot of protein in it (20mg), which is a bit much for me (the other brand I use has only 7mg and others have 15mg), but it does its job of making me feel full and satisfied until lunch time. I gave it three stars because the citrus flavor is too intense. It's like tang plus Sunny D but on Steroids! The flavor is such a bold fake orange flavor that I really didn't much care for. But like I said, it does work great for feeling full if you don't mind the taste.

Very sweet tasting, yuck. The orange flavor was good. So sweet ,it made nauseated , my husband it wasn't bad, he wound drink it for the protein boost.

This stuff was a very nice surprise!! Most protein drinks are overly sweet and chalky but this is much lighter and with a bit of a mild tang. It lost a star because of the slight hang time in the back of my throats and the cost. This stuff isn't cheap. None of this stuff is, though.

I thought it'd be okay paying a bit more for it but I can't drink it. It's just WAY too sweet. The flavor is like straight snowcone syrup. Way too potent for me.

This protein water is pretty good. Deducted a star because the drink is very sweet.

Left an aftertaste not thoroughly pleasant. It was worth a try but will never order them again

Very good taste, great flavor, refreshing and convenient right after my workouts! Great when cold, and not mention it offers a great protein boost.

It taste great and no strange texture or after taste.
