Good bit adapter
I like most of the Makita products I've had, including these. It's good quality. Has a strong magnet, and isn't too loose in my driver handle, or at the bit end. Should last me forever because I don't plan on using it in an impact driver, even though it is impact rated.

Magnet could be stronger.
It works OK but i have had trouble with the bit falling out too easily.A stronger magnet would solve the problem.
