For the record... YES, the swim/diving socks will be TIGHT to put on and take off. The tightness prevents most of the water seeping in. They are NOT waterproof. Meaning SOME water will leak into the socks. For me, they are wonderful to use in the pool. The socks keep my feet warm, the gel non slip pattern on the bottom, protect my feet from getting scuffed on the pool floor. As well as protecting my feet when I'm walking along the concrete paths to said pool. Plus, they are comfortable and soft. Other customers said they are difficult to take off while wet... I disagree. Taking the socks off was easy. I bought these a few days ago and the quality is amazing. I also like the wrap around velcro strap as an added measure to ensure the socks won't slip off. They are the same black as my wet suit and completes my swim attire. Overall, the socks function exactly how they are supposed to.

To put it simply, I use these socks to help fit my fins to my feet. They are not water resistant and water does seep into my socks, but that's not what I bought them for. I just bought them to help my too small feet fit into my fins while I swim amd not rub my skin raw. Which the socks help with. That being said. It is a 4 out of 5 for me just because I don't like the pools of water in my socks when I'm done swimming but it's fine.

Durable for what it is. Has held up with limited use over a few years and has remained soft and flexible with no issues. Protects my Achilles and malleoli of my ankles from chafing while kicking aggressively when diving in my full foot fins. I bought a few pair for family members and the experience has been consistent.

Shaped incorrectly for human feet, folds over on a seam on top of the arch of your foot and is tight on big toe while loose on middle toes. “Soft rubber dots on bottom are hard plastic.

Not sure what I was expecting, but this did not do the trick. I can see where this can be helpful (avoiding stones/sharp stuff in water or sand) but it isn't as waterproof as I hoped.

I'm size 10.5 ordered an XL and they fit perfect. They work well on the sharp rocks on some of the islands I walk around on. They also filled the extra space in my long blades and made them fit snug as they should be without using the fin spacer they come with. At this price I would def recommend.These are not dry socks, they are wetsuit type booties, they allow water inside which is in then warmed between the fabric and your skin. 1-2mm will be the least warming while 3-5mm is typically the most warming.I'm an avid sailor, surfer, diver & all around waterman. These do exactly what they are supposed to do and they won't break the bank in the slightest.
