Great for smoothing buttercream
I’m still learning with my cake decorating skills but this is making smoothing out the buttercream on my cakes much easier. Cleans up well, much better to use than a plastic version too. Looks smart and is sturdy. Would recommend.

Great tool even for a beginner
I’ve never used one of these before, but it was really simple and I think a lot of how smooth your buttercream comes out depends on the texture and process you made the buttercream with. But like I said, I’m a beginner and it handled very well for me.

Excellent, used with my metal turntable it transformed my cake presentation and I’m looking forward to using it again. Why did you choose this product over others?: This one was a bit cheaper than the PME one and I preferred the matt finish and one piece of metal for ease of cleaning rather than a folded over piece as the PME one appears to be.

Perfect to buttercream tall cakes!
Perfect scraper - used to make a 3 layered wedding cake. Very handy as it is tall and easier to scrape taller cakes. I run it under hot water before using to smooth out the buttercream.
