Great for someone who is able to eat more freely
I have been looking to go more "plant-based" for sustainability and health reasons. I found some info really interesting and useful, such as being able to work out how much protein both me and my partner should be consuming but none of the recipes stood out to me, probably not helped by my allergies, intolerance's and general fussiness - this recipe book would not help me change my diet and lifestyle as required. That being said, this is just my opinion, for someone who is able to eat more freely, this recipe book would be great for keeping an eye on your protein intake and getting some more greens into your diet.

Easy to follow
This was really well written and presented. It was easy to follow for some one that is starting to experiment with plant diet. I was given an advance copy by netgalley and the publishers but the review is entirely my own

Great selection of recipes with clear instructions. I particularly enjoyed the black bean veggie burgers but was disappointed that not every recipe had a photograph of the finished dish.

BEWARE! Recipe measurements for the American market, not metric.
Why sell a recipe book to the UK, European market when the measurements are not metric? The book is for the American market !

This is such a generous cookbook -- it has menus, it has shopping lists, it has food prep, it has great tips, it has delicious easy recipes! I'm very hard on recipes, playing with recipes to a ridiculous extent, keeping the same ingredients but turning say a smoothie into overnight oats or a skillet dish into a bowl I make in the microwave, but this cookbook's recipes work even with that treatment because the flavors are fabulous! It's not just a repeat of the recipes I see in ever so many cookbooks and food magazines. I think it somehow should have had a clearer title -- of course it has a healthy level of protein and is plant-based, but it's great for definite non-beginners too and it is ever so much more! Many many thanks to the author!

Love the way this book is laid out; very clear, very helpful. The recipes are easy and used most of the products I had in my pantry. Very informative.

BUY IT! So thoughtfully organized by Maya so that you can shop for each weeks worth of recipes. The granola recipe is my new go to-delicious, but not full of unhealthy oils. I tried new ingredients and felt great.
