Best ice packs.
These packs are an absolute game changer I use them as part of a first aid kit for a u16 football. On first use when squeezing the bag to activate, it feels like your going to pop but they are made with high quality and thick plastic so don't be too soft with the squeeze. They are very effective and cool down very fast. Very easy to use and true to size. Excellent value.

Not cool.
Unfortunately, I can't recommended, based on the poor performance. I purchased them for general cooling of my skin during a migraine. The initial cooling is great, and they get chilled in seconds. However the cold dissipates in less than a few minutes, leaving a plastic bag of tepid water which doesn't do anything much. I can't see how they would be effective for a soft tissue injury which would need icing for longer. This means the performance doesnt justify the cost. Honestly, a cold drinks can out of the fridge would work better. Very disappointing
