Received fully sticky and cannot separate the tablets. I couldn’t use even a single tablet. Waste of money

I’ve been taking Nature’s Bounty Biotin 10,000 mcg for years, and it’s one supplement I keep coming back to. My nails are strong and healthy, and I noticed a real improvement in my hair after it started thinning as a side effect of medication.Of course, everyone’s experience is different, but this product has worked well for me, and I believe it’s made a positive difference. In fact, I have my guy taking it now too because we’d both like to keep as much hair as possible for as long as possible!The rapid-release capsules are easy to take, the bottle lasts a long time, and the price is reasonable. Excellent product and the price was the best I could find. Been taking this product for 3 months my hair is thicker, bald spot has actually filled in. I was amazed. I can’t say it will do anything for you I can just tell you after trying multiple other products that did nothing this one really worked!!
