Whiskey Glass

Good whiskey is a small but crucial factor in my life. My wife being a teetotal, I’m forced to drink my few weekend glasses in solemn solitude. But boy!, I do look forward to those moments of delight. Now, after decades a few of my very ordinary whiskey glasses have perished in the dishwasher. So I started to look for a decent replacement no-frill tumbler set. It was actually not that easy to find plain tumblers in Amazon at a very low price. However I started to realize that given my passion and frequent investment in not-so-cheap whiskey’s my weekend ritual would be served better justice with some more upscale glasses. This set of 6 tumblers comes very well packed in 2 boxes. And each glass is individually wrapped. The glasses look straight forward at first sight but they are of restaurant quality, not too heavy, not too light. The difference is noticeable when I compare them with my remaining glasses, see the glass on the left in my attached picture, that are more ‘glassy’, made of less transparent glass, with lots of scratches on them. The glass of these new tumblers is beautifully clear, improving the sight and appearance of my whiskey and helping to wet my appetite. I immediately I started to look forward to pour some of the liquor in it. The tumblers appear more sturdy and durable as well. So, to conclude; though not ultra-cheap these glasses are worth my investment and materially enhance the experience and pleasure of drinking my precious whiskey’s. Update; Ok after 7 months of family intensive use, one of the glasses broke in the dishwasher. Another one had a chip on the top rim earlier. So perhaps these glasses are not that durable. I'm still pleased ss I don't need more than 4.

Great product

Krosno glasses are second to none. Although they are not the cheapest, their weight, quality, size, glass thickness, sturdiness and weight and ease of hold make them a pleasure to use and worth more than you will pay for them.

Fairly lightweight, but decent enough for the price, and quite a nice shape. I wouldn't buy them again, however: they just lack a certain element of class or being that a decent whisky glass should have, whilst being too fussy to be a simple tumbler.

I love it…. It’s not light like regular whisky glass . It’s heavy and the bottom is my favorite part
