Nice phone

I own the OnePlus 10 Pro 5G, a flagship-tier premium device. Despite its positioning, it experienced heating and performance issues from the beginning, followed by a display failure. In March 2026, it developed a mainboard-related failure and was serviced. Following that repair, I continued to experience abnormal heating, slow restart/power-on and performance issues. Most recently, after installing a system update provided by OnePlus itself, the phone failed to restart again. The service center has refused to provide any service; they just mentioned a mainboard failure and “EOL” status, and are asking me to pay approximately ₹34,000 for another device. EOL means "End of Life Device", which clearly means no service shall be provide if device go through any issue.I have requested the exact EOL date and policy, complete technical diagnosis, details of the previous repair, clarification regarding the repeated mainboard failure, the technical impact of the OnePlus system update, and justification for refusing to repair my device. None of these questions has been properly addressed. My device was also dispatched without resolving my complaint or informing me.It seems highly unfair and I would not recommend anyone buy any OnePlus devices. Earlier, I suggested to many of my friends to buy the OnePlus device, and at least 15 of them are using OnePlus devices. Now, after seeing my case, they are blaming me to suggest that they go for the OnePlus device. I regret that I wasted my money on OnePlus, it's better to buy google pixel or iPhone but do not go for any of the OnePlus devices. All are faulty, and it's a Chinese company, so you cannot expect them to do better.

Good - Overall the phone is a pure flagship, with a very good 2k LTPO 2.0 DISPLAY, Amazing audio output, Super Haptics, smooth software experience, super fast charging, Good camara setup and what a beautiful bold design with super In-hand fill.Bad - Updates are not properly given, still July sequrity patch, 5000 Mh battery should last longer more optimization required, Google phone dialer crashed many times, YouTube hanged many times. For fixing YouTube crash you have to restart your phone, Phone is getting hot with normal usage.I previously used OnePlus 5t which was my best phone, Super fast, No lags that's why I bought this phone.This all cons. can be fixed by software updates so oneplus please fix this issues Then this will be the best flagship phone of 2022.

After using iPhone 12 Pro Max on a daily basis, the One Plus 10 Pro provides a breath of fresh air! The display is superfluid and the charging speed is just insane! The use of my iPhone has significantly dropped after using this phone for a few days. This phone is quality on all fronts and provides value for what it's worth! The rear camera is great, whereas the front camera is above average and could be improved! The speakers as well are decent-sounding but cannot be compared to iPhones. So far I've not encountered any heating issues. The phone does get warm, but that can be expected for all smartphones.Where the One Plus 10 Pro excels is the ease of using the phone as it seems to have taken a lot of inspiration from the iPhone and tries its best to appeal to iPhone users. Little to no bugs for day-to-day tasks such as making calls, taking photos, watching videos, or reading the news, this phone performs outstandingly well and still has juice left after moderate usage. For me, this phone so far is living up to its standards.

1 month completed,Good things: fast charging, Camera,Bad things: low battery backup, no new feature.I can't really say I am enjoying this phone. The phone has nothing new compared to OP9.I will update again after 6 months use.I will update again in a month's time.Phone has disappointed in battery. Only 10-12 hour use in very normal use. Screen time of 2.5-3 hours per charge.Camera: good camera with multiple features. Camera is very similar to OP9.Processing: Fash, you can easily play any game on it. Although in lock screen mode, you can see screen fluctuating at high rate. I am first time using 120 hz phone, so can't say whether its normal or not.Display: curved edges, emerging experience. Top rated displaySound: good Dolby sound.Features: nothing new compared to OP9.Overall, I belive the phone is very pricy. At this range one can easily go for apple 13, samsung S22. The phone if purchased under 40k, then only value for money. I purchased at 40k with exchange. I can't say I am very happy with phone.

Everything about this phone is really excellent with two exceptions. The exceptions are:1) Font: The OnePlus Slate font is NOT there. This may not be a deal-breaker for all. But those who aspire the professional look with classic corporate decent fonts on the display like earlier OnePlus devices prior to 8T, it does matter a lot. Yes, for this font alone, when I researched, there are thousands of OnePlus fans who are making a huge sound. This really hits the traditional OnePlus Oxygen UI.2) Camera: The camera has become a huge nonsense in most of the phones now-a-days. Though earlier phones had small lenses without any huge bumps, the quality would have been excellent when snaps were taken like in Samsung S9, OnePlus 5, 5T, 7 Pro, etc. But these days the only sizes are big but clarity and looks of the images are useless when compared with old phones' snaps with less megapixels. So don't fall prey to huge bumps and megapixel scams.Suggestions:1) If you have previously used OnePlus Pro series, never go to non-pro series. Because the display is not good in non-pro models of OnePlus. For new comers to OnePlus, this will not matter much. But if you have previously used OnePlus, especially Pro series, you will definitely repent for non-pro models' display.2) This phone becomes bulky with regular cases. So better buy an Icon branded case, which is generally available at local case shops. It is very sleek and weightless. Of course, if your handling of phone is rough and tough, better go for Spigen Liquid Air case.

Detailed Product description says it is a dual SIM phone but the one I received is a single SIM phone with a US charger. A warning sticker on box mentions that it should only be used on T-Mobile network.
