Would it fit intermediate oval, or specifically long oval only? thank you!

The Valiant 2 is not as oval as the valiant 1. I am long oval and can’t wear the valiant 2 but I can wear the Valiant 1. If your intermediate oval you should be fine.

i have seen some reviews on other sites saying this helmet runs on the smaller side. i was curious on how accurate the sizing chart is?

Definitely one size too small. The pressure on the front and back of the head was very uncomfortable. Wish I would have seen this prior to ordering. I am sending back and ordering one size up.

Who do you contact when the mechanism is off track in the helmet?

If the helmet is still under warranty, I would contact LS2. My helmet came with a missing part, I contacted via email to LS2 and they shipped me the part quickly. I was totally impressed with customer service.

Why doesn’t it say DOT on the back of the helmet?

Mine does. It also says ECE which is better than DOT
