Can it be dissembled or folded if I want to pack them into the luggage and travel?

You could, but I highly would not recommend dissemble this. Being since the back is double edged taped. This does come with the case. As for folding it does not. This is definitely not something you will be able to pack in your luggage unless your planning on placing only this by itself.

Is there any way to power this with an a/c plug?

The lights are adequately powered by batteries, but I suppose if you are an electrician, it might be possible to install wiring and a plug.
