The installation was straightforward and easy to install. The glass is very clear and the product is of very good quality. The cost is very reasonable. Buying this product you won’t be disappointed.

Mirror works perfectly! I replaced an auto dimming/heated mirror with it. The auto dimming failed and made the mirror dark brown. Those replacements are multiple times the price of these non dimming ones. The loss of that is worth the savings. These arrived undamaged, survived the install (the clips are stiff), fit great and I can finally see crystal clear again! Something to note- they don't match the stock ones (at least my 2011). My original ones had a thick plastic border around it, these do not have that. It is thinner and there is more "mirror" which I see as a win.

I bought two if these. First one was OK, but had quite a distorted reflection - like a circus funhouse mirror. First trip through a car wash, the mirror blew-out during the drying cycle. I figured maybe I hadn't snapped it in properly at the top mounts. Then I ordered a second one & all was good - reflection image was much better, but still a little distorted - very usable. THEN, about a month later & closed my door & the mirror fell out & was hanging by the wire. Upon inspection, one of the top mounting tabs molded into the black mirror backer had broken right off. Next mirror I'm ordering will be from my Dodge dealer - gotta go OE on these. Chi-Na can't get these ones right.

Installed in about hour. You must tape off old mirrors because while pulling and prying with a screw driver the old glass will break and may cut you. Very well priced. They are not exactly the same as original mirrors for my Ram truck. Theses mirrors only have two wires mine has three. I just taped the third one up it was just an edge strip heater any way.

The mirror looks good and you really can't tell the difference from the OEM once it's installed (there is a weight difference and thickness). There is a missing wire connection on the back of the mirror though (OEM has 3, this has 2). It has to do with the heat function, but I have not been able to test it yet to see if it works.

I received it in great time. It fit fine, but the glass is garbage. It is substantially lighter in weight than the original, and its like looking into one of the mirrors in travelling carnival funhouse! Save your eyes and spend the extra on a dealer part.

Installed easy on my 2013 Ram 1500 SXT. Looks OEM, appears quality, fitment all aligns. There are no instructions but do watch a YouTube video - will make it easy for you to install. Now the not so great - does not appear to warm up (or at least as well as the OEM) and there are minor distortions in the mirror/picture. It’s a good, cheap substitution that gets the job done for the most part - but it isn’t a 1:1 replacement.

Should only be used in an emergency. The mirror, or chromed plastic, is so unbelievably warped that you can barely see out of it. Too unsafe to be used long term, just get the OEM mirror.
