Do these underwear have a hole in the front so I don't have to take my underwear down when I go the bathroom?

Hi,Thank you for your question. No I am afraid there is no hole at the frontKind Regards,The Designer Group

I usualy wear a medium and im a 32 waiste, should i get a large?

Hi Bryan, size Medium is good for waists 32-34 inches. -Roy

are they good in length like tommy or calvin klein, because i dont like them short

These are probably the shortest boxer briefs I've tried. From memory, I would guess they are 1.5 - 2 inches shorter than tommy. They are modern cut: low rise, short legs.
