F2 Professional Microphone Windscreens Pop Filter, Acoustic Filter for 45mm-60mm Recording Studios Microphones, Sound-Absorbing Foam That Reduces Noise and Reflections(Blue)

I bought it for my Rode NT1 as I wanted to use it to record as I sing in my car but, the mic by itself is so sensitive that picks up all the noises around my car. I've stuck the mic in this foam thingy and handheld it while singing. I don't think this thing is designed to get rid of all noises but it does. You can only hear my voice. I had to use less then half the gain because the pop filter allows you to get your mouth closer to the mic. The pop filter has 2 layers and it works great. I am really pleasantly surprised. I was gonna buy an SM7B because my NT1 was too sensitive but this saved me all that money. Highly recommended.

Definitely glad I purchased this, no it’s not to reduce all background noise, mainly helps with the echos and delays and also gives your vocals a crisper sound, no point in spending 4-5x more for the same thing that’s just a different shape, one thing that would’ve been better with no logo on the filter but besides that it works great

I had to modify this to get it to fit properly on my microphone and shock mount. Just take some scissors and cut slits in the foam until it slides over the mount. Tested afterward and works GREAT to isolate sound at a low price point. Definitely recommend.

It does a fairly good job of reducing room reflections. This will not eliminate external noises such as ac, fans, traffic, dog barking etc. The included pop filter does a fine job of eliminating plosives.On the box it says “Optimize your dound”.DOUND?! WTF?!Clearly they meant “sound” but misspelled it. Typos happen but should get caught before going to print. That shows that their quality control is extremely sloppy. Thankfully it’s just a piece of foam and a plastic ring with nylon stretched over it. I got it for a mic that’s 70mm in diameter. I was hoping the 65mm opening would fit very snugly. Unfortunately it’s wider than 70mm. A large rubber band holds it in place allowing me to position the mic upside down. For the money it’s ok.I’m not into the “Micfuns” printed on pop filter. It still does what it’s supposed to do.

Easy to install. Cut out most background noise. Focused vocals to mic. Very great buy

This is a great product no complaints just wish they had more colors

It does ok I guess it does suppress some of the background ambiance but it think aesthetically it would be a lot better without the big words on the front. I like though it's ok

I found that it just damped sound so much I had a hard time recording at are useable volume. I don’t use it.
