A friend bought the orange lemon and rose flavor for my birthday and I needed more. Who makes these? The white witch cause they are addictive. Funnily enough I always wanted to eat roses they always smelled delicious to me for some reason. This scratches that itch. Its definitely an acquired taste! If you don't like rose perfume or the smell of roses at all DEFFINATELY not for you.The size of the candy is pretty thick the last one I got was like gummy bear size this one is like fun size candy bar.Its so chewy pleasent such a good treat when you are craving one, they say they use beatroot sugar I believe it doesn't affect the flavor and so good that its not overly sweet. I don't know if this is a traditional recipe used so if you are used to traditional lokum be warry this might be much different from what you are used to. I've tried making lokum myself before but ended up with a jelly mess. if you dont want the headache its worth the price

Not quite as good as the ones I got from a Turkish sweet shop, but I still ate 5 one after the other after I opened the box. 😂 Rose is one of my favorite flavors, but not a common one in the US. However, it has to be balanced with sugar or other flavors. For me, these candies have a nice sweet floral flavor without tasting like air freshener. I think it’s probably the best you’re going to get online, and unfortunately genuine Turkish sweet shops are a rare find in the US.

The listing doesn’t mention that it may contain nuts, but after buying it I was able to see that the package does specify that it might contain nuts. I had to return it as it’s not school safe and it was for a school event. Very annoying.

The candy is adorable. It doesn't really have a smell until you bite in to it . And have you ever smelled a rose candle well that's what it tastes like it's not really sweet it's bland really . It's a cute box

For me this is way too chewy. I like a firm bite. The rose flavor is light and fine but not as full as the one by Hazar Bazar. The size of the pieces as rather large I like to just have one piece with my coffee. Again the texture is just off for me. If you like gummy really sticky chewing then get this. If you prefer a firm clean bite get the Hazar Bazar brand. I hope that helps manage expectations.
