This is a two-part review; the first part is for the product, and the second part is for customer service/company culture.The product is excellent. I have a FFF about 20 minutes before I workout in the morning, as I don’t like to have a full breakfast and then workout on a full stomach. It is noticeable when I forget to grab one on the way to the gym - I’m low energy and my workout is inconsistent - and it’s noticeable when I have one - I have more energy, get through the workout with better focus and, not sure if this is a placebo effect, but I feel like my lifts (I train exclusively weightlifting) are more consistent when I’ve had FFF. The flavors are good, literally all of them, they don’t have bother my stomach and give me that bit of energy to get ina good morning workout without have to get up at 4:30 for breakfast. Worth the price and definitely have improved my workouts.What really blew me away, though, on top of having an excellent product, was the customer service I received when one of my orders was slightly off (missing a flavor). I wasn’t sure what to expect but what I experienced was enough to make me a customer for as long as they’ll take my money. I wrote a message saying that my order had been mispacked and I thought I was missing a flavor. Immediately (literally, 3 minutes later) someone reached out to me and asked if it was ok if they could send me replacement product - of course that was fine with me - and then when it arrived TWO DAYS LATER (there was no need for the rush but I also appreciated that they wanted to get me sorted ASAP) not only was there extra packs, there was a hand written note from the co-founder (who also had been the one to handle my inquiry) and a little extra prize. I would still have written the review above about the product regardless of this, but I do feel like the way FFF went above and beyond to help me out deserves its own long-winded paragraph. It’s hard to find brands these days that will go the extra mile, and this one really did. So thank you, Rob and the whole FFF team - I really appreciate it!

I love the convenience of these pouches. The Tropical flavor is my favorite. I can have one of these and go straight to a workout without worrying about any kind of indigestion. They do not have to be refrigerated uness they have been opened. Take them camping, hiking, or biking for a quick nutritious pick-me-up.

I stumbled across this product as I was searching for some fueling packs for an upcoming mountain bike cross country endurance race. Soo glad I came across Fuel for Fire and decided to take a chance. The combination of the carbs and protein really stick with me as I am on the bike for several hours at a time. The packing is easy to open as I ride and the contents are tasty and easy to eat/digest. I like all of the flavors! I usually don't consume whey protein as it bothers my stomach, however this has not bothered me at all. I much prefer this type of fueling over the stimulating sugar carb gels that result in a "crash" 45 minutes after consuming them. Great product that I would highly recommend to any endurance athletes looking for some real food!

I really love these!! I workout at 5:00am so these are perfect to have about a half hour before. I love all the flavors and like that the coffee one has a little boost of caffeine to go with it. Texture isn't bad either! But FYI - don't put these in a carry on for flying or they will confiscated :( THey exceed the ounce limit so put them in your checked luggage (learned the hard way!)!!

Love it.... easy delicious way to get a burst of high quality, low calorie, protein dense nutrition. Shouldn't have let the kids know how good they were, reordering today because they're almost gone in less than a week!

Love this product. At room temperature or cold, it taste amazing. Love the Strawberry Banana flavor. I take this product before Crossfit and during breaks during those long workouts. I like the fact that I don't feel bloated after consuming this. Perfect before and after snack, so glad I found this
