Audio-Visual Direct Wheeled Lectern Podium - Standing Desk with Storage Shelf - Cherry/Black - Ideal for Presentations and Laptop Use

~Happy teacher. Small podiums no longer work when you are handling papers, books, and possibly a laptop or iPad. Also, mobility is important in my classroom. Classroom management skills like moving closer to behavioral issues and standing in different locations to access smartboards, TVs, and whiteboards requires constant motion. I was at a loss until I found this lectern. The shelf is just the right size to store teacher's manuals or copies of worksheets. The top has a lip that holds my laptop and books in place. It was easy to assemble. In fact, it was one of the easiest products in a box that I have ever assembled. There are brakes on two of the wheels. My only complaint is that I continue kicking one of the brakes then trying to move the lectern, which sends me into a small spin. The students enjoy it, but I find it aggravating. I think, however, the problem is with my big feet rather than the product. I would definitely buy again and have recommended it to colleagues.

Bought this product for an event. Easy assembly. Lightweight, easy to transport to events. Metal front allows for a magnetic logo.

This lectern is exactly as advertised. It suits my purposes well as a preacher in a small church, although it could be a little wider to accommodate both my sermon notes and big bible simultaneously. However, the shelf is a good back-up. Assembly was easy; be sure to put the locking wheels in the same position on opposite sides -- not mentioned in the directions. It suits our criteria of being sturdy but easy to move, and a clean design. A very good value.

Went together easily. Instruction sheet could be better, but hey, it's just a few screws and it's obvious which goes where. I do wish the wheels were rubber, as the Lectern is light enough that the locked wheels do not keep it from moving. But once I get my equipment mounted to it, it will be heavier and hopefully then the wheels will keep it still. FYI, as where this needs to be used has NO power, we are mounting an Inverter, Battery, podium light, and wireless microphone system to it.

As expected. Well made, sturdy. Easy to roll but also has nice locking feature. Not much to say but seems solid and does the trick

I needed a podium/lectern for my new classroom (I’m a high school teacher) and took a chance on this one. It was so easy to assemble and looks great! The brakes aren’t the best, but luckily I have carpet in my classroom so it doesn’t roll around too easily when I’m teaching from it. Very functional and very happy with this purchase!

The assembly instructions were primarily pictures with very little written instructions. However, the assembly was pretty straightforward and easy and the lecturn was completed in 30 - 45 minutes. It is sturdy, and easy to move. I have no complaint. It is a very good value for the price I paid.

I spent quite a bit of time looking for an affordable lectern that was attractive and mobile. It is being used in an office that has bound volumes for research in multiple locations so the mobility was important. This is an attractive lectern that was easy to assemble. It did feel a little unsteady though when I put one of our larger bound volumes on it. If you look at the photo closely, I added two brackets below the lower shelf to add stability. Now I love the modified version and we're getting a lot of use out of it.

Easy to assemble, seems to be of good quality, durable materials. Good price.
