Works amazingly! Don't mind the windowsill I'm going to be attacking that next, but when I tell you that this spray works like a charm it REALLY DOES! I struggled to remove the pink/orange mold that persists in wet environments and no matter what it just kept coming back within a few weeks but with these sprays not only have I gotten rid of the disgusting stains on my shower wall but since using this spray I've had no more issues with the mold! This stuff really breaks down the mold with zero scrubbing and kills the bacteria that even let's it keep manifesting! My bathroom tile used to be so covered in mold that it looked like a child took paint and splattered it everywhere but I just used the green spray and it literally just melted away. After that I've been exclusively using the purple spray every couple of weeks and I've seem no more orange mold since. This stuff does have a very strong bleachy smell and had me coughing when I breathed it in a little top much but the smell does go right away if you just open a couple doors and turn on ventilation so it's not bad. Over all 10/10 will from now on be keeping these sprays in my cabinets because it works amazingly and I'll be recommending it to the people I know too!

Amazing! As long as you have a respirator, if you have a mold problem just buy this. The RMR-86 is like a magic eraser that starts making the mold disappear within 30 seconds right before your eyes. Had a bathroom ceiling that was covered in darkness be returned to new condition. A key warning: this stuff smells and acts like bleach. I wore a respirator and coveralls. I made sure the room was well ventilated and when I took the respirator off, the room had a significant bleach smell. It dissipated quickly, but make sure to use PPE. This stuff is no joke. I am an evangelist about not now. I old have an after picture. I wish I had taken a before picture. No scrubbing needed, it works on contact. I’m not sure how important the 141 is, but I sprayed the area as a precaution with it after the 86 was done. The 86 did the magic work of making the ceiling visibly restored.

I bought the bundle to try a new cleaning solution. I figured based off the reviews that it was going to work but wow, it's strong. Stains and mold instantly went away after 1 spray & not 10. I'm constantly cleaning my shower due to a clog and a regular cleaning spray isn't enough. This got the job done. it smells a little strong but it's worth the money. I'll be repurchasing and so will family members lol. They couldn't believe how good it worked.

This is one heck of a cleaner! It did wonders on my bathroom ceiling, wish i would have thought to take before & after photos. We have zero ventilation or windows so we battle mold and mildew. This was able to get 99% of it off and hopefully killed. I took off a star because it didn’t work on my shower tile for some reason. Please for the love of all things holy, get protective glasses. Don’t use sunglasses like i did. No, get actual protective glasses that have the sides and seal your eyes in. Otherwise you will have burning eyes from the fumes. Also get a respirator mask if you can and not a covid mask like myself. Just overall be more prepared than i was. Thought i was gonna die and go blind for a few mins there lol

This stuff worked AMAZING on attic mold. I had an insulation contractor come and look at doing blown in insulation in my attic. But they spotted some black mold and wanted a complete mold abatement before they would do any work. I looked into professional mold abatement. No way I could afford that. So I bought this premix in the spray bottles. Don’t want to get into mixing in a sprayer. I started by making and using a tyvek suit and the 86 remover. You definitely don’t want to breathe it in. Headed into the attic. Started spraying wherever I could see mold. Then ended up spraying the entire underside of the roof decking. The mold disappeared almost instantly! And these bottles go along ways. Two were enough to get all areas of concern in my 600 sq ft house. After spraying couple hours later I went up and reapplied on the trouble spots just to make sure it was all dead. Then the next day once it was all dry I went up with the other bottle that contains a fungicide and I sprayed everything again. Two coats. 2 months later the blown in insulation project is complete. The company was completely happy with how I did it with these chemicals and were perfectly willing to do the job after I killed it all. And the biggest advantage of using these chemicals is no sealing things up. The professionals hit the surface with pressurized dry ice. This requires them to seal everything and use fans with hepa filters to make sure no spores end up in the house. But this method you are just killing it in place. You are never disturbing it, so don’t have to deal with all the masking and plastic and hepa filtration equipment. And there is no risk of it escaping in the house as it’s dead in contact. Then the second spray just makes sure it doesn’t come back. I now have proper insulation and venting so hopefully will never be an issue ever again. I just rechecked several of the worst areas. It’s now a couple months later. Nothing. The wood sheathing is clean. No black mold has returned. So hopefully problem solved. The two bottles in the kit will easily treat 200 to 300 square feet of surface very well. I ended up buying 2 kits and it did all I needed with half bottles left for future if needed. So thank you to whoever makes this. In this case the expression “better living through chemistry” holds true. This stuff killed the mold instantly and appears to have sold the problem of reoccurrence. Just don’t breathe it. The first bottle, the 86, had an almost overwhelming smell. It’s strong. But I used a spray painting respirator which I fit nice and tight and properly after shaving my beard and I was absolutely fine.

This stuff is a miracle worker. With the heat waves we have had this summer in the Midwest and HIGH humidity, we noticed surface mildew all along our dining room ceiling due to its shape and trapping excess moisture. The whole room’s ceiling was affected. Quite literally within 15 seconds of spraying an area, the grey spots were completely gone. As previous reviews stated, the bleach smell is strong, so open a window and keep a fan going while initially spraying. Here is what we did: spray with the green bottle (mold and mildew), wipe any drips or excess, otherwise let sit. Wait 10-15 min. Wipe areas that still have residual spray. Wait for it to completely dry. Lightly spray with the purple fungicide bottle. Let dry. Easy as that! Definitely recommend wearing eye protection, mask, gloves, and long sleeves. Also cover anything you don’t want residue on.

I ordered RMR Brands Complete Mold Killer and Stain Remover Bundle—2-32 ounce sprays because I had a nasty stain on my kitchen wall (see photo). A bag of sugar snap peas had rotted at the top of the trashcan and was evidently touching the wall (don’t judge!). I thought the stain was mold, but as I used these products, I saw that it wasn’t, but rather the dried residue from the rotting peas. Here is what I did: RMR-141 Disinfectant, Fungicide, and Cleaner 1. Because I had read in the reviews about the odor of the products, I first opened the patio door and the bedroom window (we have a small apartment). I turned on the exhaust fans in the bathroom and the laundry room, and the ceiling fan in the dining room. I also placed a stand fan in the living room and one in the bedroom, and waited for about 30 minutes for the air to flow well before I started using the products. Turns out RMR-141 has no odor. 2. I read the instructions on the purple bottle, that of the RMR-141 Disinfectant, Fungicide, and Cleaner. NOTE: USE THIS PRODUCT FIRST. 3. I opened the seal and inserted the provided pump. NOTE: THE PUMP COMES IN THE “SPRAY” POSITION. BE CERTAIN TO SCREW TIGHTLY; EVEN THOUGH I DID, THE PRODUCT POURED OUT OVER MY HAND LATER WHEN I TILTED THE BOTTLE. 4. I sprayed the area on the wall thoroughly, starting at the top. The stain began running down the wall immediately. 5. I then waited for 10 minutes as per the instructions. 6. Wearing glasses, a mask, and gloves, I used a wad of paper towels and made one swipe through the middle of the area so I could see how well the product worked (see photo). I was impressed. 7. Then I scrubbed the wall. 8. I applied the RMR-141 a 2nd time and immediately scrubbed the wall again with no waiting period. Much more came off the wall. 9. I applied the RMR-141 a 3rd time and waited another ten minutes. 10. I scrubbed the wall with paper towels again. 11. I sprayed the wall with RMR-141 a 4th time and scrubbed (see photo). 12. I sprayed a 5th time and scrubbed with a thick crevice brush (see photo). I actually took the paint off down near the baseboard. 13. Then I was satisfied I had gotten the wall as clean as I could and I let it dry for an hour. RMR-86 Instant Mold and Mildew Stain Remover 1. See #1 above. RMR-86 DOES have a strong odor reminiscent of bleach. 2. I read the instructions on the green bottle, that of the RMR-86 Instant Mold and Mildew Stain Remover. NOTE: USE THIS PRODUCT LAST. 3. I shook the bottle well, as the directions stated. 4. See #3 above. 5. Wearing glasses, a mask, and gloves, I sprayed the area on the wall thoroughly, starting at the top. 6. I watched for 15 seconds, as per the instructions. There was no change. Keep in mind the stain on my wall was NOT mold or mildew, which is what this product is for. 7. I rinsed the wall and floor thoroughly with clear water. 8. To avoid the possibility of any sort of chemical reaction or contamination of other items, I put the paper towels and gloves used with each product in separate gallon Ziploc bags before putting them in the trash. Dispose of chemically saturated towels, rags, and gloves responsibly! 9. I left my apartment open to the air for two hours. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase. The kitchen wall will still have to be painted eventually, but the performance of RMR-141 was impressive. I can’t speak to the performance of RMR-86, but if the reviews of other buyers are anything to go by, it, too, is an incredible product. At the price point of $23.99, this duo is a good value for the money. Even with the glowing reviews I read before buying, the performance of RMR-141 exceeded my expectations.

Product worked great on mold, but I'm skeptical about the jugs they're contained in. After being on my shelf for a few months I noticed something was on my floor traced it back to this jug. Unsure if it was eating it away but no damage was done to the jug. N it will eat your 1 part epoxy if left on it. Sadly I jus redid my basement floor.. N unsure how I should store this almost full 1 gal jug now...
