Very disappointed in the misleading description. DESCRIPTION: 2 of Encha Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder (Ceremonial Grade, Premium First Harvest Directly from Farm in Uji, Japan, 30g/1.06oz Size)This is in fact "Latte" Grade. Trust me, it matters if you are drinking it straight and for the price it is a bit high for this grade.Was a big fan of Encha. Have purchased tea from them many times but seconds thoughts after this.

There is a number of reasons I have started Matcha. The number one reason was my simple research of helping rid oneself of menopause side affects. Hot flashes and anxiety...well, high high anxiety and hot hot hot flashes for me. I was trying to avoid hormone medicines. Yes, this Encha Matcha delivered relief almost immediately. There are many other long term affects with the anti-toxins and this is all icing on the cake. For those of you whom are not tea drinkers, like myself, and might feel like you need something sweet....go ahead and get the latte-grade, Encha has made it very simple for us even giving wonderful recipes on their website. My husband, a life long surfer, gets sore throats, flu feeling symptoms, etc from the ocean, he has now joined with my evening sipping (at first he hesitated thinking it might keep him awake) creating a more calmed and relaxed body and mind, and swearing he has had relief of his symptoms. Encha has created a Matcha that is easily mixed (I use an electric frother) without lumps, maybe later I will practice with the matcha ceremonial tradition, but for right now, I will stay with my method and be relieved that I have found a recipe for success keeping hot flashes and anxiety at a great distance.

Love this stuff! I came across this brand from Janny Organically and had to give it a try. I got the packets through prime so shipping was a breeze! I made sure to order the latte grade so I was a little confused when I opened the box and I saw 2 ceremonial grade packets sitting on top. I was worried had been sent the wrong order so I shot an email over to their customer service team. I had a response within 2 hours explaining that they surprised a few orderers with 2 sample packets of ceremonial grade to try on top of my latte grade that I ordered. How great! After that I received an email from Li himself asking about my experience and even how my first latte tasted. I am hooked on Encha because of the taste and quality but I will continue to be a customer based on how they treat their buyers and personally make sure everyone is pleased.I have already placed and received my second order and have zero complaints. I am a big fan of this product and this brand. I highly recommend giving them a try- you will not be disappointed.

This matcha is delicious! I quit drinking coffee over a year ago and matcha is my morning drink now. I’ve tried many different brands. I saw how some said it tastes bitter. That’s not the case at all for me. I will say that I have a “recipe” that I use to make mine. I add collagen, manuka honey, cinnamon, brain octane, and vanilla bean ghee. It’s so good and full of healthy protein and fats. I’ll definitely buy this brand again!

This was my first foray into matcha after reading about for a few weeks. So, although I don't have much to compare it to, I think it's really high quality and I have been very happy. I really enjoy green tea and the flavor of matcha and after reading more about it's health benefits, decided to give it a try. I purchased a beautiful ceramic matcha bowl and have been making matcha lattes with almond milk at work each day using a bamboo wisk. Very quick and easy and absolutely delicious. It's replaced my coffee in the mornings. I plan on purchasing some culinary grade matcha as well to use in some recipes this winter.

I typically buy a big cup of matcha bubble tea after lunch as a treat and keep me picked up for the afternoon. $5 a cup!! So I thought to find a good matcha and make it myself. After reading a bunch of reviews online, Encha seems the best. So I got their mini box first to try. The little packets are super handy. And the color is way greener than the bubble tea I buy. And it has a nice grassy scent, and not even bitter, so I don't need to add sugar. I shook it with water and soy milk this afternoon in my workout bottle. Man, it tasted good and kept me with awesome energy thru the evening workout! I guess I spent $2.50 at max, counting the soy milk and water (as if I had to pay for water, lol:-)

I have tried many brands and I always come back to this one. The ceremonial is very smooth and can be used with just water. The latte is not as smooth but still great when mixed with plant based milk. This brand is the best in my opinion. One may think, matcha is matcha, but you can taste a difference and there is a difference in color between brands (how it is manufactured, harvested, stored, region and etc- may make the difference).

We really enjoyed this matcha! I've purchased a few different ones to compare and settle on our favorite, and thus far, this one is in the lead. We actually missed it when we purchased another brand and will be buying more of Encha's! The taste is bright and, dare I say, "strong"? .. but without being bitter at all. A nice clean, bright, matcha flavor! The one we're using now is too bitter when strong, and not flavorful enough when used weak! O_O More Encha for us!! lol!:D
