I was tired of using the microwave timer and wanted to go back to the type of timer my mother used. This was the perfect find. It's the cutest mushroom and works like a champ. You must remember that you spin the top all the way to 60 and then go back to the time you need ~ but that's not an issue. The bell is not annoying and it is accurate with timing.

If you remember to wind it up before using it works great. Loud ding for a few seconds. Plus it is cute enough to leave it sit out on the counter.

This is the cutest timer I've ever seen. Great quality too. That's where it gets the 4 stars. BUT, the problem is that the ringing bell is sooo loud that it makes you jump out of your skin if you're anywhere near it. Plus, the bell is not a short ring - it is so long that you rush to grab it to turn it off. So, if you are hard of hearing, this timer would be a good buy.

This cute timer is awesome. It is easy to use if you have difficulty with gripping with your fingers. It's loud enough to hear in the next room.

The box says ‘cute mushroom timer’ and that is exactly what you get, lol. Looks exactly like the photo, seems sturdy enough for the price. Make sure you read the instructions before you use it for the first time, you do have to wind it all the way up before setting it to the time you want or the alarm won’t ring. You do this by just twisting the top clockwise all the way to 55, then twisting counterclockwise until the arrow is pointing at your desired time. It’s a bit bigger than it looks in the photos, but still nice and cute :)The only issues I can see is that 1. It’s not the most accurate, with the alarm sometimes going off as much as 30 seconds before or after the time I set, so I wouldn’t use it for things that need to be very precisely timed (I have it in my bathroom for timing skincare steps like sheet masks), and 2. The alarm isn’t the loudest, so if you set it and leave the room or have the TV or music playing it may be difficult to hear.

This is adorable, so well painted, and it was just perfect except it was broken, and it didn’t work! So disappointed!

I needed another timer for when I have multiple dishes cooking simultaneously. Also, if I leave the kitchen, I can grab this and not worry about missing my oven timer's sound. The ticking is about the same as any other manual timers. It's not quiet but not obnoxiously loud either. I like it.
