What is highest oven temperatures for the pans

I have only cooked at 450 in a convection/air fryer oven and they clean like a dream...I would assume they could be used under a broiler as well as they are VERY well made.

Can a Brisket fit on this?

I would like to say yes it would. Keep in mind that there will be nothing going up the sides of the cookie sheet. The rack fits in the jelly roll pan.
